If you have purchased the incorrect fit from https://www.acesunglasses.com.au/ please either call 1300822346 or email ace@acesunglasses.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product so we can organise to get back your pair and your alternative perfect fit out asap.

If you have purchased a pair of Ace from https://www.acesunglasses.com.au/ and are not stoked to own them within 30days of purchase please either call 1300 822 346 or email ace@acesunglasses.com.au so we can advise on sending them back and upon receiving the product back we will provide you a full refund based on your original method of payment.

All product returns are sent back at purchasers expense and its the purchasers responsibility to send the item registered post so the item can be tracked. No claims on product that goes missing without tracking can be made against Ace.
