Call 1300 822 346 or email ace@acesunglasses.com.au and we’ll arrange the return of your current pair and help you exchange them for a different fit.

30-Day Satisfaction Return

If you’re not fully satisfied with your ACE sunglasses, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be sent via registered post so they can be tracked. ACE is not responsible for items that are sent without tracking and are lost in transit.
